These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Redefine Dental Academy website and your participation in any courses booked through us. By accessing our website or booking a course, you agree to comply with the following terms.

Redefine Dental Academy provides CPD-accredited, hands-on dental training courses for dental professionals across the UK.

2. Course Booking

 

  • All bookings must be made via our website or through authorised contact with our team.

  • Once a booking is made, you will receive an email confirmation with course details.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate.

3. Payment Terms

 

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

  • We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time prior to booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

 

By You:

 

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person with prior notice.

 

By Us:

 

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trainer illness, venue issues, or low enrolment.

  • In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future course date.

  • We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred as a result of course cancellation.

5. Course Attendance and Conduct

 

  • You must arrive on time and attend the full duration of the course to receive your CPD certificate.

  • Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards trainers and fellow participants.

  • We reserve the right to remove any attendee who is disruptive or unsuitable for the training environment.

 

6. Certificates and CPD

 

  • All courses are CPD-accredited and comply with UK GDC continuing professional development requirements.

  • Certificates will be issued electronically following full course attendance and completion of any required assessments or feedback.

7. Intellectual Property

 

  • All course materials, images, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of Redefine Dental Academy or our partners.

  • Materials may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Liability

 

  • Redefine Dental Academy will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from course participation or use of course content.

  • Practical skills learned during training should be applied in accordance with your professional judgement and within your clinical competence.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you hold appropriate insurance and professional registration.
